    Comments:

I ride 150 - 200 miles per week. Put a set of these on the bike and I've put over 800 miles on them. The rear is just beginning to show wear and the front is still like new. I've had no flats. I've had them in the rain and on gravel. They are all-condition tires. I'm pleased with them even though they do sing a bit!

Quality Tire--Good Result Biking Across the USA

      Comments:

I put a pair of 25mm Armadillos on mine and my daughter's bike for a Southern Tier ride (CA, AZ, NM, TX, LA, AL, FL) across the USA. We had a combined total of 7 flats over 6,000 miles combined. 3 flats were from cactus needles; 3 were from wires from belted tire road debris; and one was a blow out (totally unexpected). We were not carrying any gear but given the condition of the roads we traveled, I was pleased with the result. BTW, Specialized replaced the blown out tire with no charge.

        Comments:

This is a tough tire that I use on the rear of tandems. It is of high quality, uniform construction. Mounts on rims easily, very round and uniform. Takes high pressures and nearly eliminates road flats.

          Comments:

I put this tire on both the front and the rear because I was tired of fixing flats while riding. So far I have about 50 miles on them and have had a flat on both the front and rear tires. For a flat resistant tire they sure don't live up to expectations and the high price.

          Comments:

I ride often and I'm on mostly country roads. There's often debris, poor pavement and loose gravel. The tire went through broken up corn cobs with no problem. They have gone through mud, grass and quite a bit of road Denis. However, they have a higher rolling resistance and require more effort. Coasting they slow quicker, hills and wind make you work harder and my average speed is less.

          Comments:

Rides like a rock but never gets a flat. I usually can put 5k to 8k before I get a flat. By that time the punctures start cutting through but the belting still holds up. I've had tread rip off from steel street plates but the steel banding holds up and no flat. If you don't like changing tubes this is the most bullet proof tire on the road, bar none.

          Comments:

I put 2600 miles on a rear wheel without issue or flats, mostly on smooth roads and bike paths. I probably could have gotten another 200+ miles out of it. Only minor show-through at 2600 miles. The flattening was even and pronounced but that is to be expected.Overall I was very happy with the durability and performance. The front has tons of wear left. I weigh 16o lbs.

Good quiet tire. Used to get 2-3 flats a month. Haven't gotten one since replacing old tire 6mo ago. Only down side is very difficult to change, but you won't have to often.

Great tire. I ride on sharp rock roads sometime as well as glass and no flats! Only time I got a flat was when a nail went thru the sidewall and out the other side. I was still able to put spare tube in and finish that ride. Had to put a panaracer tire on as a spare until I could get a new tire once and got 2 to 3 flats a week on same roads. It is a slow tire but so is fixen a flat.
