        Comments:

The bike worked fairly well for 6 miles, then the motor made a shuddering noise and quit. Wheel World was somewhat helpful with some troubleshooting tips. The diagrams, and troubleshooting tips took several hours to go through. All a waste of time. The 2015 Dash never worked again. In the one day, 6 miles that the Dash did work, it was impressive in its speed and pedal assist workage. However, the front end made a load shuddering sound, and vibration between 18 and 20 mph. The bike easily pedaled to 26 mph on flat ground. The brakes are of a very cheap mechanical disc design. Wheel World, after convincing me to troubleshoot the bike for several hours, e-mailed a UPS label to send the defective bike back at no cost to me. Alex there was very helpful, however, and offered $79 discount on a $2379.00 Haibike. I know Wheel World does not want to be in this situation either, but I think they could have offered a slightly larger discount after I spent so much time and energy trying to make this lemon work. Very disappointed.
